Notice of Union Office “TEMPORARILY CLOSED” due to electrical power shut down!

Due to an explosion that caused an electrical fire in the electrical room that happened on January 23, 2025, The UNION OFFICE at 1879 Lundy Ave Suite 138 San Jose, Ca 95131 will be temporarily closed due to the ongoing fire and insurance investigations.

The property management company Marwest Commercial latest update on 2/14/25 are working with the insurance company and association contractor and PG&E to restore electrical power as soon as possible.

At this time we do not have a date of when it will be restored.
