The training materials include the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/apwu73.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/LSSA-On-The-Job-Training-Guide.2021.05.28.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lead Sales and Services Associate On-the-Job Training Guide<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/apwu73.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/LSSA-Participant-Guide-2021.05.28.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lead Sales and Services Associate (LSSA) Training \u2013 Participant Guide<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/apwu73.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/LSSA-Facilitator-Guide.2021.05.28.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lead Sales and Services Associate (LSSA) Training \u2013 Facilitator Guide<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/apwu73.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/LSSA_Admin-Guide_2021.05.28.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lead Sales and Services Associate (LSSA) Administrator Guide<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The updated course materials were a result of joint efforts between the APWU and the Postal Service to maintain and improve the training that is provided to LSSAs. Clerk Craft Director Lamont Brooks praised the Union members on the committee, stating, \u201cI want to thank APWU members Mark Apazeller (West Bend, WI Local) and Michael Barrett (Buffalo, NY Area Local) for their valuable assistance in the development of these guides. This was accomplished under the Collective Bargaining Agreement\u2019s Retail Training Taskforce MOU.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new training guides were sent to the Clerk Craft National Business Agents on June 8, 2021 to share with their respective Locals and State Organizations.
