The MOU, which was originally dated April 3, 2020, is extended through August 6, 2021.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The MOU was agreed to because of COVID-19 issues that prevented employees from receiving training for these positions in the customary manner and instead created a virtual learning process in addition to on-the-job training (OJT) using social distancing.
